We are the Craven Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A moderate terrain walk, starting along Fewston Reservoir. Then turns up towards Timble, through Beecroft Plantation, passing Redding Hill and Dobpark Wood. Returning through Swinsty Moor Plantation back to the carpark.
This walk is not suitable for dogs.
Sometimes due to unforeseen events or well publicised bad weather, walks cannot go ahead. If a walk has to be cancelled this will be publicised here against the walk details. If you are planning to attend this walk please check that it is proceeding before setting off to the start point on the morning of the walk.
Fewston/Swinsty Reservoir Car Park. ( car park with the toilets). Fee paying
