Murray is leading a morning walk of 5.5 miles from the c1460 White Hart PH in Moreton near Fyfield. We will be on road to Moreton Church, thereafter by field paths to moated Newhouse, dropping down to Pennyfeathers, passing moated Bundish Hall, before making our way westwards following the course of Cripsey Brook to pop up by the road bridge at the back of the pub. Please arrive in good time to pre-order your lunch at the pub before the start of the walk.
The White Hart PH, Moreton, Essex, CM5 0LF. Park in the large car park to the rear of the pub, access off Bridge Road. There are some spaces for non-diners in Bridge Road itself, should the pub car park look crowded.
