We are the Romsey Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Easy walking in the New Forest mainly on good paths and cycle tracks. A figure of 8 round Ashurst with the first loop very slightly longer than the second. Please bring a picnic which we will eat about half way round. Some people may prefer just to walk the first loop. One stile.
Please let walk leader know by 6pm the day before if you plan to come and whether you plan to go to the meeting point or the start point. This is important for up -to-date parking arrangements
Romsey Rapids at the far side near the football ground
Ashurst Public Car park, turn first left after the pelican crossing. Near the Happy Cheese Pub and the hospital.
