We are the Hampshire 40+ Walking Group. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We commence our hike from the lovely village of Finchdean at 10am. Please park in and around the village considerately and not in the pub car park.
We set off in the direction of West Marden where we head north to Ladyholt Park to pick up the Sussex Border Path returning us back to Finchdean.
The walk will be at a reasonable pace and dogs under control are welcome.
The conditions underfoot are likely to be muddy in places and therefore appropriate footwear is essential.
There will be a short coffee and lunch stop. On our return to Fincdean, for those interested, we will be enjoying a drink in The George.
