A Ramblers group with walks of about 4 - 6 miles. We explore the beautiful Kent countryside from within the Tonbridge and Malling area and, occasionally, further afield.

Leaving the village via a hop field, we climb through orchards to a stretch of woodland and the source of the Alder Stream. Another climb takes us up to Amherst Bank, with great views over Dislingbury for our nibble break with the sheep and their lambs.
Down through Kent College woods, with plenty of spring flowers, and back through more orchards and fields on our way to Five Oak Green again. This is a lovely Kentish landscape walk.
The fields around the Alder Stream can be muddy.
Meet in Five Oak Green Village Hall car park, Falmouth Place. If there is no room, the surrounding streets have some parking.
