This circular walk is undulating with a couple of hills. We will walk through Tring Park, taking in the sights. We will then continue on to Wendover Woods where we will have lunch before returning to Tring Park. Please bring along a packed lunch and drinks for the day.
Meet by the information boards at the new Woodland Trust Car Park on Hastoe Lane, Tring, HP23 6AR. PLEASE NOTE: This car park is different to and approximately 200m up the Hastoe Road from the Tring Museum car park. There is free parking.
Participants on this walk need to have suitable footwear and equipment and be able to walk the distance and terrain so please consider this before booking. If you are unsure then please contact the walk leader before booking to ascertain whether this walk is suitable for you. Please remember to bring along your ICE (In Case of Emergency) card with details of emergency contacts, medical conditions and medications.
The leader has set a limit of 18 walkers and requires you to book. If your plans change please let the leader know in case there is a waiting list. Your details will be used solely for the purpose of the walk and will then be destroyed.
