Overview

Meet at Galashiels swimming pool car park.

Walk through Gala Policies woodland and cross the Hollybush Road on to Gala Hill. Follow the edge of Gala Hill to the A7 and cross to the Tweed at Netherbarns. Follow the river to the Melrose Road. Cross the road and enter Langlee Woodland. Return through woodland to Ladhope golf course and the swimming pool.
