We are the Cornwall South & West Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This walk will criss cross the River Hayle starting at Godolphin House, through the woods to Trenweal and on up to Drym and Nancegollan via footpaths and lanes before arriving back in Godolphin Cross.
As expected at this time of year this walk is very wet in places especially when we are by the river so come prepared with good walking wellies or waterproof boots. It all adds to the fun of the walk!
Remember lunch, snacks and a drink.
Ask the leader for an ICE card if you don't have one.
Park at Godolphin House National Trust property (free to members with NT card, otherwise £5 - cash only). Alternatively, there is a small free car park by the river before the main entrance. Meet in lower Godolphin House car park for the start of the walk.
