Overview

We will walk across Grantchester Meadows alongside the river towards Cambridge. Taking the permissive paths to skirt the college grounds we will join The Baulk towards Barton before taking the path to Coton Countryside Park.  We will take a coffee break in the park before walking up the hill to a viewing point where we will pause to admire the view over Cambridge and try and name the main buildings.  We will descend the hill to the edge of Barton to pick up path back to Grantchester.
