We are the Rutland Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We will head towards the outskirts of Horninghold before heading off at Fearne Farm towards the OS Trig point. We then enjoy the views as we walk the bridleway. We’ll lunch near Crackbottle Spinney before heading down for a short bit of road walking to get us to the Lakes at Keythorpe Hall Farm. Then it’s farm tracks and bridleways towards Hallaton Spinneys and back to Hallaton through fields.

Given the time of year this walk can be very muddy in some places. There are various stiles and kissing gates.
Please consider car sharing arrangements with other members to reduce the pressure on parking spots at the start of the walk.
In the event of severe weather, please contact the leader on the morning to check the walk is still on.
Please park considerately in Hallaton on North End Road near the Fox Inn.
