Overview

A fairly flat circular walk from Hampton-in-Arden train station to Barston and returning to the station. The route is along muddy field paths, drier and firmer tracks and some paved lanes particularly through the villages.  There will be an intermediate stop to consume any snacks and drinks you may wish to bring.  A brief visit to the historic packhorse bridge near Hampton is included.  A pub lunch has been arranged at the Brickmaker's Arms, Station Road, Balsall Common adjacent to Berkswell train station during our journey home.
