Overview

Climb out of Grindleford up Padley Gorge (ancient woodland) and on to Carl Wark (hill fort).  Continue to Stanage Edge and Hathersage church, returning via Padley Chapel.  Paths can be rough in a couple of places; hands needed briefly.
Toilets at start (in tearoom with donation);  optional tearoom after the walk.
