On street parking near station but check restrictions. Parking in Lavant Street appears to be unrestricted on Sunday. Railway station car park charges £4.40 on Sunday.
Train Fratton 0942, Havant 0950, Petersfield arrives 1004.
A recce on 17th showed path conditions were very variable. Slippery paths in a few places due to paths being very dry but elsewhere more typically for the hangers due to damp conditions. Footwear with good grip desirable and hiking poles might be useful if you use them.
