Overview

West Mendip Walkers strenuous 8 mile circular walk from Yarn Barton long stay car park Beaminster (DT8 3EQ). A hilly walk from Beaminster to Lewesdon Hill , the highest point in Dorset . On the way we pass through the pretty villages of Netherbury and Stoke Abbot , returning to Beaminster on the Wessex Ridgeway.
