Overview

Join our walk leader Daphne Hills for an all day figure of eight walk in the Pegsdon Hills Nature Reserve on the border of Herts and Beds. One of the jewels of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Pegsdon Hills’ steep chalk hills offer some of the best views in the county. 

The morning walk of five vertiguous miles will be at a gentle pace. After lunch there is the option of a shorter walk at a lower altitude.

Meet at the slightly later than usual time of 10.30 AM at The View, Pegsdon, SG5 3JX, west of Hitchin.
