We are the Tweeddale Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From Innerleithen we walk up past the mast and ascend Lee Pen (1700 ft) from there we cross to Lee Burnhead, Black Knowe and Blacklaw before descending Leithen Doors. We climb up and take the path to Dunslair Heights. We walk through Glentress Forest to Soonhope and Peebles.
Meet at Peebles Post Office in time for the X62 bus to Galashiels at 9.15am which is due to arrive at Innerleithen Unionist Club at 9.30am ( where we will meet anyone not coming by bus).
