Overview

Beginning in the centre of Leek we head out towards Abbey Green before gradually climbing up to Gun Plantation, and to the trig point on Gun Moor. If the weather is fair there will be some far-reaching views.

We then descend passing New Zealand (yes really) and head to Merebrook, where we join the path around Tittesworth Reservoir, before picking up the Churnet Way back towards Leek.
