LVF Ramblers is a friendly, sociable group, specialising in short leisurely weekend walks of 3-4 miles in town & country, mainly accessible by public transport.
Meet outside Leigh-on-Sea station at 10.30am. Join Gill for one of her favourite coastal walks. Coffee and early refreshments, followed by an invigorating walk to Southend along the Promenade. Wonderful views from the top of Westcliff for those who wish to walk up. At the conclusion of the walk, there will be an optional early meal at Tomassi’s restaurant for those who would like to participate, with either a bus ride back to Leigh-on-Sea station or train from Southend. Please note that train times will be circulated nearer the time, along with car parking fees at the station for those who might wish to drive. Leader – Gill Clarke
