Linear Walk from Little Chalfont ("The Nelson Mandela Way" Section 7)

Chalfont and Latimer Tube Station (Metropolitan Line within oyster zone). “The Nelson Mandela Way” Section 7. Meet at the Little Bite Café, located next to Chalfont and Latimer Station. The walk passes through woods with views of the River Chess. Then downhill past an interesting monument and on  to the very interesting town of Old Amersham, there is a lot to see here. We continue walking passing a lake and next to the River Misbourne to lunch at the Crown Inn or recreation grounds opposite the pub. We continue through woods etc. to the finish of the walk at Great Missenden Train Station. Dinner, restaurant central London.
