Overview

Linear walk using bus. Meet at Chagford and catch the 9.54am bus, get off at South Zeal and walk back to Chagford. From South Zeal we walk uphill to the moor and Cosdon Stone Row, where we'll stop for a coffee break. From here we walk across moorland to Shilstone Tor, joining the Dartmoor Way at Wonson and wending our way back to Chagford mainly on quiet lanes via Providence, Gidleigh Mill and Murchington.
