Overview

A leisurely circular walk straddling the counties of Warwickshire and Oxfordshire, including a ridge section with fine views. It passes by the Jacobean manor house at Little Compton, as well as the church containing the Juxon window, with scenes relating to the death of Charles I (Archbishop Juxon, a Little Compton resident, was with Charles on the scaffold). We continue to Chastleton, which also boasts a Jacobean manor house and 12th century church.
