Starting from the Lower Lliw Reservoir we traverse above the Upper Lliw across Mynnydd Y Gwair to our lunch stop, in the ancient remains of Penlle'r Castell. From here we pick up the Gower Way to return via the upper and lower reservoirs.
Appropriate clothing and footwear required for the weather. The route is exposed, so carrying extra layering recommend. Ground is boggy in places, so good walking boots would be beneficial.
