Buy London Travelcard. Catch 9.35 train to London Bridge from Brighton ( 9.39 Preston Park) Walk to Bank DLR Station and travel to Limehouse. Walk via Regent's Canal, Victoria Park (cafe or picnic) Hertford Union Canal, Lea River with stop at Three Mills Island. Return via Limehouse Cut or (optional) Bromley-by-Bow tube station.
