Overview

A 7.5 mile circular walk along footpaths and bridleways taking in open countryside and wooded areas. The countryside is typically undulating and there are one or two short assents. After heading south west from Mamble, we follow Marl Brook, before heading north towards Neen Sollars crossing the River Rea on the way. We will stop for a lunch break in the historic All Saints Church in Neen Sollars. After lunch we head east towards Shakenhurst (a Georgian Manor) and on to Wissett's Wood before heading south back to our starting point in Mamble.
