We are the Trafford Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

From the car park we cross the Derwent Dam and walk along the Upper Derwent Reservoir before ascending Margery Hill and walking along Howden Edge with views of Derwent Edge. We then descend to and along the reservoir back to the car park. Risk assessment: Good paths, some rocky and muddy.
Please contact the walk leader if you wish to bring a dog. Please let the walk leader know of any health issues they should be aware of.
Fairholmes car park, Hope Valley, £6, contactless or coins. Toilets. May be some free parking on the approach road, Derwent Lane.
