Overview

Meall an Fhudair is described as a "shapeless lump" but, if the weather is kind, will give great views towards the Ben Lui group, Loch Fyne and surrounds. There is a track for part of the way and then we head over Troisgeach and Meall nan Caora before reaching our summit. Depending on the weather we will either descend by our outward route or head off in one of 2 directions to make a circuit. Anyone wishing to practice their navigation can check out the various routes in the SMC Corbett book or Walk Highlands website in advance. Compass use welcome throughout the day! The estimated finish time for this walk is the time expected back in Linlithgow.
