Overview

A walk through forestry and open hillside, on the Highland Boundary Fault line. Some steep ascents and descents, mostly on paths or tracks with some rough walking on Craig of Monievreckie.

Local Walk Grade: B+

On a recent recce, we found the northern part of the walk to be overgrown with bracken, if walkers find this too difficult it may be necessary to turn back, but we will certainly be able to get to the highest point on Craig of Monievreckie without any difficulty.
