Overview

Our traditional New Years Day walk along the front at Southend, led by former chairman JohnC. Leisurely 9 mile linear walk, with no mud, mainly along the promenade from Shoeburyness to Leigh-on-Sea Station. Opportunity to shorten the walk using the C2C stations en route.

EITHER park in Peel Avenue Shoeburyness (which is a short walk from the station) and return there at the end by train, OR park at Leigh-on-Sea Station and take the train to the start of the walk.
