Fairly level walk along the railway loop to Newbigging and the Belmont Estate, then east to pass Mains of Fullerton and Nethermill to return to start.
Walkers could use the No.57 Dundee bus from stop L, South Street, Perth at 9.08 to arrive in Newtyle at 10.18. Return bus to Perth hourly from 13.34. Leader will join walk at start point.
