We are the South Wiltshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

This ramble starts from Okeford Hill car park close to Okeford Beacon. We take the Wessex Ridgeway to Ibberton Hill with panoramic views and glimpses of Hambledon Hill. The path then descends through downland taking us close to the village of Turnworth. We continue through the pretty Field Grove Wood and skirt Bonsley Common (Blandford Forest) before crossing Turnworth Down and returning to Okeford Beacon. Waking is mostly on good paths and tracks, but there are sections that may be wet and muddy. Map: Ex117.
