We are the Brighton and Hove Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A circular walk from Portslade Railway station up onto the South Downs and onwards to Devils Dyke. Picnic lunch.
Please note no trains running, but Brighton & Hove buses running. Catch bus #49 from Churchill Sq to Portslade.
Also, those to you driving, please note the level crossing at the station is closed for the weekend.
If you can, please RSVP to this walk via our Meetup site. This will give the walk leader a rough idea of how many people may be attending. If you are a paid up member of the Ramblers organisation, you can ignore any waitlist you may find yourself on.
We don't ask you to pay to join us on your first three walks. Afterwards, in order to continue walking with our group, you must become a paid-up member of the Ramblers. The walk will start outside the front of Portslade railway station (south side).
