Overview

Meet: Putney Bridge tube station. Linear walk passing through Fulham Palace Gardens then along the Thames to Hammersmith. Refreshment stop then on to Chiswick Park then to Barnes Bridge overground station with the further option of extending the walk on the south bank of the Thames back to the Finish: Hammersmith tube station.
