The walk starts from Stow cum Quy and follows Quy Water to Anglesey Abbey where there is the option of a brief coffee stop. Continuing through the picturesque village of Lode and farming country to Quy Fen.

The meeting point is the bus stop on the junction of Stow Road and Herring's Close. This junction is very near the village sign. There is car parking around Herring's Close.
