Overview

This is a flat ,easy circular walk from Riccall crossing the A19 then following field paths to Skipwith Common. From here we follow a path along the perimeter of the common before taking a path along the fields to Skipwith church where we will have lunch. After lunch we walk through the village to join a path leading us back across Skipwith Common. We then walk down King Rudding Lane back to Riccall to catch the bus back to York. There are 2 stiles and the common is muddy in places so gaiters are recommended. No dogs please.
