Overview

This is a short evening walk starting at the Sandon Church.  Our route takes us to the west into a part of the Sandon rewilding project that lies north of Roe Wood.  We return to the start through some of the footpaths south and east of Roe Wood, including a section of the Icknield Way which was recently walked by the group of Royston walkers who are traversing the entire Icknield Way.
