We are the Brighton and Hove Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A linear walk from Seaford (Library) to Eastbourne via the Seven Sisters and Beachy Head. We'll stop for a picnic lunch at Birling Gap. Finishing at Eastbourne pier. Plenty of buses back to the start or Brighton.
From Brighton, catch the #13X bus from the Sealife centre at 09:32 (or Brighton Station at 09:20). Arrives at Seaford Library stop at 10.11.
Please note this is a more strenuous walk than our usual selections of walks.
If you can, please RSVP to this walk via our Meetup site. This will give the walk leader a rough idea of how many people may be attending. If you are a paid up member of the Ramblers organisation, you can ignore any waitlist you may find yourself on.
We don't ask you to pay to join us on your first three walks. Afterwards, in order to continue walking with our group, you must become a paid-up member of the Ramblers. The walk will begin outside Seaford Library.
The walk will finish at Eastbourne pier. Plenty of buses back to Seaford or Brighton.
