Overview

A varied and scenic walk including spectacular views and mysterious meandering forest paths. Through Seven Sisters country park passing Exceat Hill, New Barn Bottom, Exceat New Barn.Then into Friston Forest heading broadly NE passing Middle Brow, Snap Hill Long Brow. Coffee stop at Long Brow (4 miles) Then N on eastern edge of Forest turning W along Clay Bottom and S to Charleston Bottom. Lunch  stop with views along valley to White Horse). Finally on Cuckmere River path back to Exceat
