We are the Mid Staffordshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The walk starts at the Shoal Hill Tavern car park and heads northwards through Shoal Hill in woodland . We cross A34 and continue in woodland towards Pye Green.
The return is along a slightly parallel route until we re-enter Shoal Hill Common where a loop will take us past the lake and back to the car park.
We will stop during the walk for a short break, so please bring your own refreshments.
Tea, coffee or other beverages will also be available at the tavern after the walk.
The walk is fairly flat through woodland but due to recent heavy rains some muddy sections should be anticipated.
