Starting from Snuff Mills car park we will tackle the fairly steep climb up to Purdown where we will have amazing views over Bristol. We will walk along the paths and through Barn Wood to reach the yellow Dower House then back down and to the River Frome at Vassalls Park and along the river back to Snuff Mills.
We can then drive the short distance to the White Lion on Frenchay Common (BS16 1LZ) for a drink and a chat.
No stiles. Uphill at the beginning but flat or downhill after that.
