Join us as we walk from the High and Over Car Park along the bottom of Cradle Hill going west, following the footpath along The Comp. Climbing up to Norton Top, with excellent views over the surrounding countryside. We make our way over Bostal Bottom to the South Downs Way.

After turning east, we follow the edge of the ridge, stopping for a packed lunch before desending down into Alfriston to use the toilet. We leave the pretty village heading south along the towpath to Frog Firle and up the track that takes us to Rathfinny Vineyard. We will be stopping to take in the views and to sample the wine or have a cup of coffee (please remember don't drink and drink)!

The last mile is back to the towpath, along the River Cuckmere and up the hill to the car park, with wonderful views of the White Horse.
