Overview

The walk takes place in the Mendips near Burrington Combe. There is a variety of terrain: footpaths, fields and short sections of road/lane. The road is quite fast so extra care is needed. Starting from the car park at the bottom of Burrington Combe, we head for the pretty village of Rickford, then towards Combe Lodge and the outskirts of Blagdon, via fields and lanes. We return via Fullers Wood, which is often full of wild flowers at this time of year.
