A circular across Sutton Common via Red Lodge, Hollesley Common, Bussock Woods, Sawpit Covert, Crag Pit, and Broxted House taking in common, heath, woods and field side track. We may see the odd deer, pig, or horse. You may be interested to know that the Forestry Commission has been granted planning permission by East Suffolk Council to clear a two hectare area of woodland to create more heathland. This appears to have been controversial. There is more information if you follow the link below.
