Overview

A coastal walk from the former Tide Mills along the beach promenade, up onto Seaford Head (stiff climb, poles recommended) circling back from Hope Gap via South Hill Barn (mid-morning break) and the golf course, Old Boot Inn, Seaford (lunch), and back again via the promenade.  No stiles and mainly firm underfoot with just a few muddy stretches, so ideal walking for low season.  A lot of the walk is on the level, but one leg will be into a stiff sea breeze and the ascent from Splash Point is demanding.

Delightful views across to the Seven Sisters, and back across Seaford Bay.

Pub lunch at the Old Boot Inn (GBG) two-thirds of the way round.  Please text leader to book from 6 days before the walk.
