A lovely circular walk encompassing the pretty Peak District villages of Tissington, Thorpe and Mapleton. Terrain includes a couple of short sections of the Tissington Trail, across fields, along lanes and through woodland on banks of the River Dove. This walk has been scheduled to coincide with the annual well dressing festival in the attractive village of Tissington. Optional pub stop at The Okeover Arms in Mapleton and The Old Dog in Thorpe at the end.
No dogs please due to livestock on the reccie. Generally flat, a couple of short hills.
