Overview

Please book with the leader.

This walk takes us up to the SDW via Charlton and Charlton Forest. We turn west at the SDW and follow it to Cocking Down. We then descend through the woods to West Dean and up the Monarch's Way back to the Trundle. Bring a mid morning snack and a packed lunch.

This is a hilly walk, and maybe muddy in parts. Some of the paths are on chalk and could be slippery.
