The plan is to join the Garioch 50+ group and do work maintenance work on the Gordon Way - mainly cutting back vegetation.
We will be supported by Aberdeenshire Council’s Countryside Ranger for the Garioch Area, Alison Sutherland, who will provide all the equipment. If you would prefer to use your own tools or gardening gloves then please bring them along.
We will meet at the Suie Hill car park where the Ranger will do the necessary introductions. Everyone will then collect the equipment and walk to the section that requires the work. We will work on the section of the route between Suie and Knock Saul. The estimated finish time (return to Suie Hill) will be approximately 4pm but people can leave earlier if they wish to.
