Overview

This walk will be led by Tony Ashbridge.

A pleasant walk on the eastern side of the Wolds starting from Rudston . This is a walk of considerable variety taking in woodland, open fields and some quiet country roads. From Rudston we take a large loop going upwards to begin over field edges with excellent views and then eventually reaching a wooded path with views of the Boynton Folly leading into a splendid wood . Leaving the wood we walk downhill on a quiet country road before heading back along field tracks to Boynton. Lunch will be taken shortly before we reach Boynton where we have a fine view over to the woodland which we have walked through earlier. From Boynton we head uphill again along Grindale Road  and then leave the road to traverse numerous field edges and tracks back to Rudston.

No dogs except registered assistance dogs with the consent of the leader.
