We are the Hike on Lancashire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Want to get into walking? Why not join us as we launch our annual 'super six' campaign of 'easy' post Xmas & New Year walks specifically aimed at encouraging people who wish to give walking in the Lancashire countryside a try.
We guarantee a warm welcome, a smattering of humour and the likelihood of some mud so please ensure you wear suitable footwear and bring a waterproof jacket!
Our walk starts on Whins Lane, Wheelton and visits Brinscall and the historic model village Withnell Fold en route. The route also takes us along a stretch of the Goyt.
Expect some mud as it’s February!
