We offer a wide range of regular weekly and monthly walks across Nottinghamshire to support people’s health and wellbeing. Some of our introductory walks are 10 – 30 mins long building up to longer walks of between one and one and a half hours.

Whether you are looking to meet new people, enjoy some lively conversation, get some exercise in the fresh air, there is something for everyone.

Excitingly, over the coming months, we are in the process of expanding these opportunities, introducing new groups across the region.

Please see a list of these below:.

All our Wellbeing walks are led by trained and experienced volunteers who are passionate about walking and offer a wealth of opportunities to enjoy the many different benefits walking offers.

Please browse through the list of our local groups and walks in your area and if you would like to join us please sign up.
