A popular, accessible and friendly walk that starts from Sainsburys, Oxford Road Banbury (main entrance) In the Winter the walk takes in Longford Park and the delights of Bodicote Village. In the drier, Summer weather; the walks tend to be along the Salt Way, the canal or across the fields to the windmill at Bloxham Grove. This is a moderately paced walk that needs a certain level of fitness. 3 hours parking in Sainsburys or nearby streets is free. Refreshments are at The Chatsworth, Chatsworth Drive, Banbury OX16 9UU
Meet in Sainsburys, Oxford Road, Banbury, OX16 9XA (Car Park) furthest point on the right away from the main entrance. 3 hrs free parking or use neighbouring streets.
